The City of Loveland, Colorado ("City") is requesting proposals to provide customized Home Energy Reports to Loveland Water and Power electric customers.
LWP is seeking proposals to continue providing bi-monthly direct mail energy reports, increasing delivery to all eligible LWP residential customers excluding those that have opted out of the original program. In addition, provide web-based information tools with the option for additional services related to water and energy efficiency, demand response and customer engagement.
LWP is looking to contract with a Company to develop, implement, and manage a behavior- based home energy reporting program that can be implemented rapidly and must be an outsourced solution and not require information to be housed within LWP’s or the City’s information technology environment. Company must document all data and integration requirements from LWP including data definitions, business rules, file format, file structure and field descriptions.
