18-118 - Health First Colorado Consultant

El Paso County, in partnership with Park and Teller counties (Counties) has received grant funding for a contract position to provide specialized assistance to mental and behavioral health care providers in the three counties to access HFC benefits. The Counties require a consultant who will provide one-on-one, technical assistance to medical and behavioral health providers who are currently accessing HFC benefits, but perhaps could be maximizing it further. Assistance will also be given to medical and behavioral health providers who don’t currently access HFC due to limited knowledge on the process and requirements. The consultant will use an over-the-shoulder approach to assisting those providers to access and maximize HFC.
 
The County seeks one (1) position: HFC Consultant (total 1,560 hours) to provide services in El Paso, Park, and Teller Counties.
