The Work to be performed consists of modifications to the existing pump station, furnishing all labor, materials equipment, tools, supplies including: Two vertical turbine pump replacements, PRV installation, BFV installation, split air conditioning unit, piping modifications, magnetic flowmeters, complete power system replacement, building maintenance, safety improvements, new roofing and site improvements. Complete power system replacement includes, but is not limited to, replacement of Adjustable Frequency Drives, installation of a 1250 KW diesel engine generator, ATS (2) replacement, Motor Control Centers, 1500kV Transformer pad, Remote I/O cabinet, cable tray & cable tray support systems. Site improvements include a new 3”, 170 ft HDPE sewer forcemain from an existing vault to an existing sewer manhole, drainage improvements, new irrigation system, asphalt pavement replacement, CMU construction restroom, and site security fencing. Current electrical service and equipment will be maintained throughout Work until new systems are operable, limited pumping outages are required. Work will require accelerated submission of submittals in Q4 2019 for critical work items including the generator and PRV system.
