Description

The Project is located at 10001 East Costilla Avenue in the City of Greenwood Village. This site currently is home to the Parks, Trails, and Recreation and Public Works Departments. The Project will consist of the construction of approximately 15,000 sq. ft. of new office space and some remodeling of the existing maintenance bays. The City anticipates a two phase process that includes Pre-Construction services as Phase I and Construction services as Phase II.
