DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT: This project will abate approximately 6,000 SF asbestos containing CMU skim coat, demolish, and dispose of existing bathhouse (approximately 1,200 SF masonry on concrete slab with wood roof) in accordance with these specifications.

The project is to be completed by August 31, 2019. The Notice to Proceed shall be issued as soon as the contract is signed, Payment and Performance Bonds are received and required insurance is on file.
