Denver Water (DW) has approximately 50 generators located at various sites. The Preventative Maintenance (PM) and repairs had previously been outsourced to a Contractor. Due to the additional capacity gained in Fleet, the PMs and repairs of these generators were brought back in house. Twenty (20) of the generators are so large and complex that DW staff do not have the tools or equipment to support them, and we need a Contractor to conduct the PMs on these units.
