CMC’s Leadville Campus located at 901 South Highway 24, Leadville, CO, Dillon Campus located at 333 Fiedler Ave, Dillon, CO and Breckenridge Campus located at 107 Denison Placer Road, Breckenridge, CO are requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to provide firm pricing and supply for transporting gas to the campus buildings served by Xcel Energy in Appendix A attached hereto and incorporated by reference, with one individual billing per building on each campus. This bill will include all costs associated with the transportation of gas including loss, transport costs, service and meter costs. The selected vendor will cover all costs associated with connection to its systems.
Specifications-
All buildings currently have meters on them.
CMC’s phone system is VoIP.
Gas usage and cost savings per year is included in Appendix B attached hereto and incorporated by reference.
Delivery shall begin 45 days after contract execution.
CMC is interested in a contract that will provide each location with long term uninterrupted service.
