Description

The City of Fountain Electric Department (City) is seeking proposals from professional designbuild
teams (DBT) to provide all labor, materials, and provisions necessary to produce
conceptual designs, final design, construction documents, and construction of a new
Distribution Substation Facility on the east side of the City’s service territory. It is the City’s
expectation that this substation to be fully operational no later than May 1, 2021.
