The construction of a new gravity sewer pipeline to replace an existing sanitary sewer located within
Fountain Mesa Park and Janitell Junior High School property boundaries in Fountain, Colorado. The sewer line consists of approximately 840 LF of 8” PVC sewer line including all fittings, piping, manholes, service
connections, trenching, dewatering, backfilling, compacting, borings, trail repair, re-vegetation, testing, startup, and cleanup. The work is separated into three separate schedules.
Schedule A: Approximately 400 LF of 8” sewer line replacement between existing manholes
K21-MH-3 and K20-MH-1
Schedule B: Approximately 385 LF of 8” sewer line replacement between existing manholes
K20-MH-1 and K20-MH-2
Schedule C: Approximately 55 LF of 8” PVC sewer line to replace existing 8” truss pipe upstream of
existing manhole K20-MH-2. Including installation of a new cast-in-place manhole, K20-
MH-3A.
