Colorado School of Mines is seeking pricing from qualified contractors to remove and install TPO roof and sheet metal flashings at the Ford Hall building on campus. Scope consists of removing all flashings to prepare for new TPO membrance; mechanically fasten Carlisle 115mil white TPO fleece back system over existing membrane; adhere membrane up all walls, curbs and units; and install 100lf of TPO walk pads to access units and protect ladder landings. Scope to include all permits.
