The St. Vrain Valley School District owns 12 parcels of land located in the town of Frederick, Weld County, Colorado that are no longer necessary to the functions and operations of the district, and will not be needed within the foreseeable future for any educational purposes. The board of education has declared the land surplus allowing for the selling process of district-owned lands.

The district seeks proposals offering to purchase the property at or near fair market value. This RFP process is designed to obtain information that will allow the district to compare multiple proposals in a systematic way. The District will review all proposals as submitted for consideration and may select one or more to move forward for negotiation, acceptance, legal review and board of education approval.
