The City of Durango invites all interested, qualified persons or firms capable of providing the required products and services, to remove and replace flooring in the Chapman Hill Ice Rink Pavilion and the area surrounding the ice rink. Qualified contractors shall have experience with installation of similar flooring products in ice rink lobby applications. The City of Durango seeks to replace approximately 5,500 square feet of flooring in the lobby, locker rooms and guest service/concession area and approximately 4,800 square feet around the rink.

Bids are to be completed on the form furnished and any exceptions to the specifications must be attached hereto and made a part of the contract. Retain one copy for your records.
Include the items listed in Section VIII. (A) (above) with Bid Sheet.
Provide a list of equipment to be used in performing the services required.
Successful Contractor must have or obtain a current City Business License before start of project.
Successful Contractor must complete a W-9 form (Taxpayer Identification No.) upon award.
A Statement of Residency Form must be completed and returned with bid
The City of Durango is exempt from all local, state, and federal taxes.
The City of Durango reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
