6833-18 - Floodplain Management and Transportation System Resiliency Study and Action Plan

Boulder County is seeking qualified consultants to complete the “Floodplain Management and Transportation System Resiliency Study and Action Plan.” The study will identify and evaluate potential resiliency actions that the Boulder County Transportation Department could implement to increase the resiliency of the floodplain management program and the transportation system.

Specifications and a sample contract with a Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) specific addendum are attached. The successful proposer shall execute the attached addendum as part of any contract with the county, and comply with all CDBG-DR requirements set forth in that addendum.

All inquiries regarding this RFP shall be submitted via email to the Boulder County Purchasing Office at purchasing@bouldercounty.org on or before 2:00 p.m. May 7, 2018. A response from the county to all inquiries shall be posted and sent via email no later than May 10, 2018.
