The City of Loveland, Colorado will receive sealed bids for Fleet Management Exhaust Recovery System Install, Project No. GF1912, Bid No. 2019-117.

The City of Loveland Facilities Management Division is installing a new Fleet Management Exhaust Recovery System at the Fleet Management Building. The Fleet Exhaust Recovery System will serve 10 exhaust reels in the main shop and 4 exhaust reels in the North Shop. Contractor will install auto dampers on all spring operated exhaust reels and 6 inch stainless steel tailpipe nozzles. New exhaust reels will have 35 feet of 6 inch few hose. New 3 phase motors will be installed in both shops, along with wall mounted motor starters. Contractor will install 1 vertical backdraft damper on the discharge duct. Interconnecting ductwork from the hose reels to the fan to be spiral type truck/branch ducts, sweep elbows, welded, tapered 45 degree branch take offs, heavy duty hangers and wall trims where required to cover wall penetrations. Contractor is responsible for all roof penetrations. Turn key project. City of Loveland will provide support with Building Permits and Design Specifications.
