Description

City of Loveland FM Division is replacing the (3) Rooftop Units that service Fire Station 4. Contractor that are awarded the contract for this project will remove existing units and install (3) Carrier RTU's. New service disconnects for Rooftop Units will be installed. All units will be connected to a Building Automation System. Included in this project is the install of (1) Markel CP-127 Panel heater above the reception area. Roofing penetrations and repairs will be provided by City of Loveland.
