18-008 - Financing for Lease/Purchase of Public Safety Ruggedized Mobile Laptops

The City of Pueblo ("City") is soliciting competitive sealed proposals to select a qualified financial firm to enter into a five-year municipal lease purchase agreement for the acquisition of 140 ruggedized mobile laptops for the City’s Police and Fire Departments. This purchase also includes all associated vehicle and office docks, mounting hardware, wireless connectivity equipment, and software licensing for public safety applications. A schedule of equipment is attached as Exhibit A. Proposer shall furnish all personnel, supervision, and management necessary to provide this equipment and/or services. A scored evaluation will be conducted for each submittal and award will be made to the Proposer whose proposal is determined to be the most financially advantageous to the City of Pueblo considering the evaluation factors set forth in Section 2.
