The Apex Field house is part of the Apex Park and Recreation District. The Field house is located at 5724 Oak street in Arvada Colorado. The current turf in the field house was installed with the construction of the facility in 2011.
It is the desire of the district to remove and replace the existing turf system and install it over the subgrade.

Apex Park and Recreation District is requesting a firm price be provided in a sealed proposal on for each item in the scope of work on this project.
Each proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on the outside:
• the name of the firm submitting the bid, its address
• name of the project for which the RFP is submitted.
Please be sure to write all descriptions and prices in a legible manner so there is no doubt of your intent.
No verbal, Faxed or telephone proposals will be accepted.
Once submitted no proposal may modifications to the proposal will be accepted.
Proposer may withdraw proposals at any time prior to the proposal due date.
Conditional proposals will not be considered.
An individual authorized to extend a formal proposal must sign all proposals. Proposals that are not signed may be rejected.
A performance bond may be required for this agreement.
