Notice is hereby given that Boulder County will accept proposals for the EXTERIOR PAINT
FINISHING work for the Boulder County Fairgrounds buildings specified in RFP document located at
9595 Nelson Road, Longmont, CO.

1. The Work consists of all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, and incidental items as
required for a complete job for the following items per project plans and specifications. Please refer
to specification section 011100 for additional scope of work information.

2. Job Walk – The site is open to visit anytime for your pricing needs.
