Colorado Springs Utilities (Utilities) is seeking qualified, licensed flooring services (Contractor) that are experienced in providing goods and services to complete Minor Flooring Projects, including supervision, labor, materials, equipment, permitting fees, disposal/recycling, supplies, and other necessary services/items to complete(“Work”) on an as needed basis. Work will be minor in nature and shall not include large flooring projects.
