The Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is for two (2) separate Projects that are co-located within the City of Thornton’s (Thornton) facilities located at 12450 Washington Street, Thornton, CO 80241, and intended to be constructed sequentially. The first Project consists of renovation of existing spaces within the Fleet Service Center to accommodate two (2) new user groups in the Owner’s Utilities Department. The second Project consists of renovation of existing spaces within the Meter Shop to include addition of a free-standing mezzanine for additional office space. Drawings for both projects are included at a less than 95% design level and are intended for informational purposes only.
