The Town of Castle Rock produces up to 20 signature events that greatly contribute to the brand and identity of the town and help to celebrate the small town community feel of Castle Rock. These events are highly successful, draw an average of 2,000 attendees, are all held outdoors, and typically go on "rain or shine." This RFP provides vendors with the description of services needed for events produced by the Town of Castle Rock’s Special Events and Special Programs team.
