Description

The City of Longmont is soliciting quotes and qualifications for on-call environmental abatement and related services. Requested services may include remediation of lead based paint; asbestos abatement; microbial growth; or other hazardous substances that may require remediation. Services will be requested on an as-needed, project specific basis; the volume of work for this contract is unknown and no quantities are guaranteed. One or more contractors may be awarded. The resulting contract(s) will be a citywide award (“CWA”) available for use by all City departments. Under the CWA, the price per request cannot exceed $50,000.
