This is a reissue of RFP #133-2017 in order to rename the solicitation and affirm that the project extends beyond the Apline-Balsam area.
The City of Boulder is seeking a qualified community engagement company or individual to provide expertise on engagement planning, session/online platform design, session facilitation, and feedback reporting work to support two high-profile community planning efforts along the Central Broadway Corridor: the redevelopment of the Alpine-Balsam former hospital site and the reinvigoration of the “East Bookend” of the Civic Area.
