Denver Water is in the process of completely redeveloping its main campus, including the administration building where paper-based employee files are located. By 2019, the existing administration building will be demolished and a new administration building will be built. The current design of the new building does not include space for storing the paper-based employee files. Denver Water requires a cloud-based solution that will allow Human Resources (HR) users to store, retrieve, and maintain digitized documents in a secure manner, access them from any location, and achieve a near-paperless environment. These documents are subject to retention rules. This project excludes the actual process of scanning paper documents into digital format. To be clear, the software will not be used to manage any paper-based files, as in a hybrid environment.
