In general, this project will consist of the replacement of interior plumbing in the men’s and women’s restrooms at the Elmwood Golf Course. The work will include the removal of bathroom fixtures, demolition of masonry walls and floors, replacement of all drain, waste, and vent piping, reconstruction of walls, replacement of bathroom fixtures, replacement of floor and wall tile, and other items related to the construction as detailed in the plans and specifications for this project.
