818-18P - Ellucian Colleague Consultant

Colorado Mountain College is requesting proposals from qualified firms and/or individuals to provide Ellucian Colleague programming services to the Information Technology Services Enterprise Applications Staff, on an "as needed" basis.

The College implemented Ellucian Colleague in 2005 in an on-site hosted SQL environment. The system(s) currently implemented include:
• Admissions
• Student
• Financial Aid
• Finance
• Human Resources
• Payroll modules
• Recruiter
• Student Planning
• Ellucian SharePoint Portal
• CROA
• StarRez

Projects could also include assistance with 3rd party integrations, improving existing utilization of implemented systems and assisting with training of College Personnel (Information Technology Staff).
Proposals shall address items A and B below; and shall demonstrate ability to perform each of the tasks and functions listed in order to be considered.

B. Training of College Personnel (Information Technology Staff)

Required Services: The successful bidder shall be able to fulfill and demonstrate the following service requirements, including programming, technical and training:
• Programming
• Computed Columns
• Saved List Creations
• Ad/hoc I Queries I Reporting
• Rules Writing
• Interfaces
Proposals shall address, in detail, experience with the following:
• Colleague
• UniData
• Microsoft SOL
• Colleague Studio
• Microsoft SOL Reporting
• Business Objects
• Microsoft SharePoint

Colleague is currently hosted on site in a SQL environment.
