This Project consists design services for a 154-space parking lot on the south side of 124th Avenue, west of York Street with modifications to the sidewalk along 124th Avenue and the intersection of York Street and 124th Avenue. Project will include lighting, pavement marking, landscaping, water quality facility, and pedestrian access. Curb and gutter will be installed for all islands and north, east and west sides of the parking lot. The south side will not require curb and gutter to allow for future expansion. Right-of-way (ROW) is required for this Project.
