It is the intent of the EEF to receive high quality HVAC/boiler system services in order to provide safe and convenient facilities for the public. Services will be provided in the areas highlighted on the attached map and more specifically described below.

Typical services may include, but are not limited to: troubleshooting and maintenance of a boiler system that is used for a pavement melting system on the pedestrian bridge to the LRT light rail station.
