Thornton's City Council adopted a comprehensive Drought Management Plan (DMP) in 2002. The goal of this Project is to revise and update the 2002 DMP in accordance with current industry standards and best practices. The primary task is to develop an updated DMP that meets Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) and Thornton's requirements and submit it to Thornton's City Council for their adoption and the CWCB for review and approval.
