UTILITIES is seeking to engage Division 1 Development support services from a CONTRACTOR with key staff that has demonstrated expertise and experience with development of standards and specifications.
UTILITIES is undertaking a standardization of the Division 1 specifications to be used on all Water, Wastewater, Gas, and Electric construction projects. A standard set of Division 1 specifications will be developed for three project complexity levels, Level A, Level B, and Level C. A Level A project is a complex and high-risk project. A Level B project is a medium complex and medium-risk project. A Level C project is a simple and low-risk project. Each level will have a tailored set of Division 1 specifications.
