The city seeks consulting support for the development of a data center strategy that will help evaluate the most forward looking and cost effective approach for managing our data center, servers and storage environment. The city seeks to improve the redundancy, fault tolerance and availability of critical IT systems that reside at the existing two city data centers. This project will be used to design the necessary failover approach and implementation plan to reduce the risk that critical data and IT services are lost or disrupted should a data center outage occur.
