The City of Longmont Parks Operations Division is soliciting bids to provide restroom custodial services throughout the City parks system for the 2018 summer season. Summer season is March 1, 2018 through November 15, 2018 for Community Parks and April 15, 2018 through October 15, 2018 for all other restrooms. The Parks system includes 57 restrooms in 32 parks/athletic facilities or trails. The successful bidder will be required to provide daily services, to include weekends and holidays.

Responses must be submitted online through the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System. The City will not accept hardcopy proposals or proposals submitted by any other means.

Offerors that do not successfully upload and submit all required documents by the due date and time will not be considered for award. The City is not obligated to accept bids from offerors that fail to upload and submit documents on time for any reason.

Although there are two versions of the Bid Schedule (Excel & PDF), only one version is required to be submitted with the completed Bid Submittal Documents
