El Paso County Facilities is seeking proposals from experienced, qualified firms for providing custodial services for an annual basis as per the following specifications. El Paso County reserves the right to award in whole or in part and may separate award of contract by building group.

The purpose of this RFP is to contract with one or more responsive, responsible contractors who can provide quality janitorial services and products for the COUNTY. This Request for Proposal provides prospective respondents with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for a contract to provide custodial services for the various COUNTY buildings. The COUNTY reserves the right to award one or more contracts or no contracts from the proposals submitted.
