Denver Department of Public Health & Environment is soliciting proposals to develop a comprehensive strategic plan for the Community and Behavioral Health Division, that aligns with the Departmental Strategic Plan. The scope of work will include conducting at least three exploratory/progress meetings and a final review/presentation outlining the strategic plan, which includes a vision, mission, goals, initiatives, and success criteria for a three- to five-year time-period. A written strategic plan document, with a one page infographic, will be the final deliverable, due March 31, 2019.
