CONTRACTOR shall provide a SYSTEM capable of achieving the load curtailment necessary to meet the goals of the UTLITIES commercial and industrial load curtailment program. The SYSTEM can be a software solution with integrated program management, an entirely managed solution, otherwise known as an aggregator, or other solution capable of meeting the needs of UTILITIES. The SYSTEM shall include, but not be limited to, equipment such as servers, communication devices, and software solutions including, building management software, program management software and interfaces and shall include any necessary rate designs. The SYSTEM shall utilize progressive technologies and produce quantifiable demand (megawatt or MW) and energy (megawatt-hour or MWh) reductions. The SYSTEM shall include measured and verified (“M&V”) demand reduction and report energy savings at the close of each curtailment/event. CONTRACTOR shall report to UTLITIES the measurement and verification of reduction/savings which aid UTILITIES in achieving its demand and energy savings goals as listed below. CONTRACTOR shall provide related services and materials as need by UTILITES and agreed to by both parties.
