FI-19-COLL-1-RFQ - Collection Agency Services

The Authority seeks information from experienced and qualified firms regarding collection agency services. The Authority may use the responses to shortlist a pool of respondents eligible to participate in a Request for Proposals (RFP) for such services. Interested parties are strongly encouraged to respond to this RFQ to ensure the Authority is aware of each party's interest and capabilities. Failure to respond may disqualify a party from participating in any RFP resulting from this solicitation.

The services will consist of performing debt collection services for delinquent accounts and any other debt owed to the Authority and its partners. The Authority is seeking a qualified, highly experienced debt collection services contractor that will partner with the Authority to provide exceptional customer service, collect as many debts as possible within legal constraints, be able to litigate in Colorado, integrate with the Authority's print house vendor, and work with the Authority to improve processes and collections into the future.
