DOUGLAS COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT RE.1 (DCSD) is requesting pre-qualification submittals from interested civil engineering firms for Capital Improvement Projects. Capital Improvement Projects may have a construction cost range up to $3M+. Additional projects may be available upon the successful passage of a bond.
Capital Improvement Projects may include, but are not limited to, site systems repairs and replacements. Traffic and parking improvements, as well as building repairs may also be a part of the projects.
Civil engineering firms wishing to receive consideration as DCSD undertakes the pre-qualification process should follow the instructions in this RFQ.

Pre-qualification material should consist of two (2) copies of a bound 8-1/2" x 11" document containing the information requested in this RFQ and a separate sealed envelope labeled "Confidential Information" containing one (1) copy of the Financial Information requested in this RFQ.
The pre-qualification material must be received no later than 4:00 p.m., Mountain Standard Time, April 30, 2018. Please submit to:
