The City of Fort Collins is requesting proposals from qualified Service Providers for Owner Representation/ Construction Management Services related to the repair and replacement of roofs and other building components and systems for multiple facilities throughout the City of Fort Collins. The successful Proposer will be responsible for overseeing the completion of multiple projects. The City of Fort Collins intends for the work to be complete by the end of the 2020 calendar year. The selected Owner Representative will be responsible for the oversight, quality assurance (QA), and  management of multiple contractors performing the roof repairs and replacements..
