Bid submission via email is preferred.  Required documents are 1. the Bid Schedule (spreadsheet issued separately); and 2. the Bid Acknowledgement Form (Exhibit A, also issued separately). The Bid Schedule shall be submitted in Excel format. All documents are to be e-mailed to: purchasing@fcgov.com.
