The City of Fort Collins, on behalf of the Poudre Fire Authority, is requesting proposals from qualified firms for unique and innovative services related to professional marketing, branding, public relations, social media, design, graphics, video production, and communications to aid in the creation of its 2017 Annual Report. This includes, but is not limited to, conceptualization, development, production, implementation, evaluation, and analyzation of the 2017 Annual Report.
