The City of Loveland (City), seeks information and anticipated costs from companies specializing in Cemetery Management Systems to replace its existing Cembase product from Legacy Mark. The existing system utilizes FoxPro for its database and the City would like to have a system that runs on SQL Server. The City desires to have a system that runs in the Windows 10 desktop environment and is easy to use. Key components of the system the City would like to have include: office management (lot management,internment records, status of lots, etc.), accounts receivable (including tracking of payments) and GIS/mapping of the cemetery lots and associated attributes.
The City is soliciting information and anticipated costs from qualified vendors that can provide a third- party remote (Cloud) or locally hosted (In-house) Cemetery Management System. It is expected that any provided information will be provided for systems already fully developed, tested, offered publicly for sale and available immediately for installation.
