2022000280 - Career Navigation Promotions

The Colorado Workforce Development Council (CWDC) is requesting the development and implementation of a promotion campaign that will increase access to the CWDC Career Navigation and Coaching Collaborative, particularly among underserved communities. The coaching program will involve human-centered design and address underserved communities, and will be free of cost to those who use it. Further, the program will create connections between community-based organizations and career coaching opportunities. To this end, the promotion campaign will improve the reach and scope of career coaching and empower communities through improved awareness of coaching resources.
