Connect for Health Colorado intends to identify and potentially contract with one or more Vendors to replace our current Call Center Services, Telecommunication System, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Ticketing Application with new solutions that will fully integrate with our organization’s infrastructure and enhance the customer experience through self-help and live agent support. Vendors may respond with proposals to provide solutions for any one, two or all three area(s) of interest (Telecommunication System, Call Center Services, CRM and Ticketing Application). To be successful, bidders must demonstrate experience in delivering adaptable call center services and/or configurable tools.
