Colorado State University (CSU) is soliciting qualifications from qualified residential
roofing contractors.
The intent of this project is to reroof nine (9) apartment buildings at University Village
located at 1700 West Plum Street, Fort Collins, CO 80523. Buildings 851, 852, 853,
854, 855, 856, 857, 858, and a small mail building.
Colorado State University (CSU) will receive prequalification submittals from qualified
Roofing contractors for consideration to become prequalified bidders, for the CSU
University Village 1700 Roofing project. This is step one of a two-step bid process. Only
prequalified firms will be eligible to offer a priced bid under step two of this process.
