Description

Colorado Springs Utilities (Utilities) is requesting proposals for engineering design Services (Contractor) to include but not be limited to, providing preliminary through final design for the Clear Spring Ranch Resource Recovery Facility (CSRRRF) Electrical and Control Systems Upgrade Project as outlined below.
Utilities is seeking a Contractor with demonstrated expertise and competence in waste water facility electrical distribution and process control systems retrofit and upgrade design and construction.
Upgrade of CSRRRF Motor Control Centers (MCC) located within Area Control Centers (ACC)

Upgrade of CSRRRF Instrumentation and Control Systems
Upgrade of CSRRRF Field Devices and associated cabling systems
Upgrade and retrofit of existing power and signal distribution cabling, cabling raceways and conduits
