Description

SPWRP is the third largest water renewal facility in Colorado which treats approximately 20 million gallons per day (mgd) of residential and industrial wastewater from 300,000 residents in Littleton, Englewood, and 19 other connecting communities. Due to aging infrastructure and desire to improve operational efficiency SPWRP has initiated two projects, the Electrical Improvements Project and the Civil Improvements Project. Although the projects have separate Owner’s Engineers, it is SPWRP’s preference to have one CMGC contract to complete the scope of work for both the Electrical and Civil Improvements Projects.
