Description

Seek to appoint a qualified Construction Manager / General Contractor (CMGC) with experience in Elementary School renovation projects. Preconstruction services will include working closely with the Project Architect from Schematic Design (SD) phase and through the Construction Document (CD) phase as outlined in the proposed project schedules. Overall, CMCG to provide preconstruction, construction, and post construction services to successfully complete the projects on time, within budget, and shall include the quality parameters of the design and specifications of similar size and complexity for the following schools. Each school has its own two bid packages.
