Description

Qualified General Contractors are invited to bid on the construction of a new wash bay facility and site work at an existing CDOT maintenance site in Pierce, CO. The new building shall be a 2,560 square foot pre-engineered metal building with a gable roof. The site will be re-graded, paved and have a permanent water quality feature built in the southeast corner. The new building will be used for washing trucks and will have finishes and equipment appropriate for a wash bay.
