Description

Qualified General Contractors are invited to bid on the construction of a 6-bay Vehicle Storage Facility (VSF) on an existing CDOT site in Dove Creek, CO. The new 7,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building shall have six (6) 20-foot x 50-foot vehicle storage bays, two of which are wash bays. In addition, there is a 1,000 square foot administrative area for staff offices, restrooms, a break area and a storage room. The building shall have a shed-style roof as shown on the drawings and canopies over the man doors.
