Description

Qualified General Contractors are invited to bid on the construction of a new metal utility building that will house a brine-making system at an existing CDOT maintenance site in Commerce City, Colorado. The new pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) shall be approximately 24 feet by 28 feet and shall house brine-making equipment provided by CDOT. The building shall have a shed-style roof as shown on the drawings and one 12 foot by 12 foot overhead door. In addition to the building, there shall be exterior storage that is contained on one side by the new Brine Building, on two sides by new 3 foot high by 15 foot wide concrete walls, and one side by the existing concrete wall of the existing secondary containment structure. Actual brine-making equipment will be provided by CDOT. Contractor to coordinate with CDOT for final connection prior to final plumbing inspection.
